About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for making daily assessments of the store's ability to meet and exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance. You will manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store, including training and developing effective store associates to achieve desired sales and profit results.

You will coach and develop all store associates through both formal and informal interactions, leading teams in the planning, implementation, and execution of merchandising and operational initiatives to ensure the store is customer-ready every day. This role requires working with store assistant store leaders, department leaders, and associates to identify opportunities, develop timely solutions, and create action plans to ensure implementation. You will drive cost-effective sales, reduce shrink, and improve each store department's contribution while maintaining a focus on inclusionary leadership and supporting the efforts of the store, district, and division Our Promise teams.
