Store Clerk/Cashier

About the Role

Goodwill is seeking dedicated Store Clerks and Cashiers to play a vital role in our retail operations and community mission. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service while contributing to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. As a key member of the team, you will assist with a variety of tasks that keep our stores running smoothly, from processing sales to supporting our donation processing efforts.

Day in the Life

In this role, you will be the face of Goodwill for many customers. Your day will involve greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting them with their purchases. You will operate the cash register, handling both for sales transactions and for processing incoming donations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Beyond the register, you will help maintain the store's appearance by stocking shelves, organizing racks and displays, and displays, and tagging and pricing donated items. You may also assist in sorting donations and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Your commitment to cleanliness and organization helps create a positive shopping experience for everyone.

Compensation
