About the Role
Join our team as an Assistant Manager at our Baton Rouge location. We are looking for individuals with a desire to be challenged in a fast-paced, fun environment who want to build a career in management. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee station store operations, ensuring high standards are met while providing fast and friendly service to our customers.
In this role, you will set the example for your team regarding our food program and customer care. You will be responsible for hiring, supervising, and working alongside staff to accomplish daily tasks, including bookkeeping and merchandising. Success in this position requires a sense of urgency, patience, and strong leadership to maintain a motivated team and a safe environment.
