About the Role
Join our team as an Assistant Manager at our Antioch, Tennessee location. We are looking for individuals with a desire to be challenged in a fast-paced, fun environment who want to build a career in management. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee Stationstore operations, ensuring high standards are met while providing fast and friendly service to our customers.
In this role, you will set the example for your staff regarding our food program and customer care. You will help with hiring, supervising, and working with the team to accomplish daily tasks, including bookkeeping and merchandising. Success in this position requires a sense of urgency, patience, and strong leadership to maintain a motivated and safe work environment.
