About the Role
Volt is immediately hiring a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate for our Valencia, CA location. This full-time role is designed to support the daily flow of materials within our facility, ensuring parts are organized, moved, and stored with a high level of accuracy. You will serve as a vital link between engineering, manufacturing, and inventory teams, cultivating strong working relationships while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
In this position, you will perform routine organization and movement of parts, pull components for kits, and retrieve items from the yard using a pallet jack. The role involves transferring stock to support internal material flow and assisting with stock-taking and inventory control activities. You will also be expected to learn technical skills that drive continuous improvement initiatives. As this position requires working outdoors, you must be comfortable operating in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
