About the Role

Walmart is seeking Stockers, Stockers, Backroom, and Receiving Associates to support store operations by ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. This role is essential for maintaining an organized, well-stocked, and clean environment that enhances the shopping experience for our customers.

Day in the Life

As a Stocker or Receiving Associate, your day involves a variety of physical and organizational tasks. You will be responsible for unloading delivery trucks, sorting and organizing merchandise in the backroom, and organizing merchandise in the backroom, and stocking shelves with fresh inventory. You may also use equipment such as pallet jacks and carts to move merchandise throughout the store, while utilizing inventory systems to track stock levels.
