Impact Kids has been providing safe, fun, and meaningful enrichment programs for over five years. Today, we serve students at public and private schools across the country, offering a safe space where children can develop, learn, play, and simply be kids in our before, during, and after-school programs.
We are seeking high-energy, positive STEM Instructors to teach and inspire through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics education. This role exists to influence children's lives through engaging activities, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for students aged 4 to 18.
As a team member, you will serve as a positive role model while implementing curriculum and providing constructive feedback. The day-to-day involves organizing creative daily plans, managing group behavior, and maintaining a safe environment. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, families, peers, and the leadership team.
This position requires a good physical condition to respond to emergency situations, which may involve running and climbing stairs. Candidates must be willing to travel to various school locations.
To ensure the safety of our students, all candidates must successfully complete Child Abuse Clearances and criminal background checks.
