Crafting the world's finest coffee, one meaningful moment at a time. We believe in creating a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee sparks connection. Every shift is a chance to brighten someone's day, whether through a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. You will create moments that matter in a fast-paced environment where engaging with people and taking pride in your work are essential.
As a Starbucks partner, you are the heart of the store. You will engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication. Your day will involve preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for individual preferences, maintaining store safety and security, and handling cash with care. You will perform a variety of tasks within the store, working as part of a team to ensure every guest feels welcomed.
We are invested in your growth journey, empowered through developmental experiences and industry-leading benefits. Partners have access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life insurance and disability protections. We offer paid parental leave, family expansion reimbursement, and paid vacation that accrues annually. Financial well-being is supported through a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, a discounted company stock program, and incentivized emergency savings.
A standout benefit is the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, offering 100% upfront tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor's degree through Arizona State University's online program. Additional support includes student loan management resources, backup care, and DACA reimbursement. Eligible partners also receive additional pay for working on eight observed holidays.
No previous experience is required to join our team. We look for individuals who can learn quickly, understand and carry out instructions, and build strong relationships. If you are available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, we invite you to apply.
