About the Role

As a Starbucks partner, you are the heart of the store. You will engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication. Your day will involve preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for individual preferences, maintaining store safety and security, and handling cash with care. You will perform a variety of tasks within the store, working as part of a team to ensure every guest feels welcomed.
