As a Process Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our semiconductor manufacturing operations. Your primary mission is to start up, develop, and optimize processes to enhance product quality and reliability. You will drive initiatives focused on yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity gains, and risk management.
In this role, you will identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems by applying methodologies such as failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC/FDC. You will coordinate and execute evaluations of processes, equipment, and materials to implement changes at specific process steps. Additionally, you will validate and fan out new process baselines, including new tools and materials for new product introductions, while managing site-to-site portability. A key part of your day involves leading and participating in yield improvement activities and auditing material suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and risk management objectives are met.
