This position offers a unique opportunity to lead Integration and Test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing activities for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. You will provide advanced technical contributions to the development and documentation of test plans and procedures, integrating system hardware and software components, and evaluating test results. Your work will involve investigating discrepancies, providing technical assessments of anomalies, and driving issues to resolution to ensure system sell-off.
The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills. You will perform hands-on engineering support during formal acceptance testing, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis. This role requires a deep subject matter expertise in radar systems integration and test throughout the system lifecycle, as well as knowledge in related disciplines such as hardware and software development. There is potential for domestic and/or international travel.
