About the Role

This position serves as a leadership role for an experienced Radar System Integration and Test engineer. You will guide integration, test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing activities for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. The role is designed for an engineer who finds beauty in numbers, patterns, and logic, thriving in a collaborative and agile environment where algebra, vector math, and statistics are used to solve complex problems.

In this dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, you will provide advanced technical contributions to developing and documenting integration plans, evaluating test results, and driving anomalies to resolution. You will perform hands-on engineering support during formal acceptance testing, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis. Success in this role requires strong analytical and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external customers.

Hiring Process

Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Security clearance to at least the Secret Level. The application process includes reviewing qualifications for a Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of professional experience, specifically in radar systems, integration and test planning, system troubleshooting, data analysis, MATLAB, and leadership.
