About the Role

As a Staff Infrastructure Engineer, you will serve as a cornerstone of our IT operations, responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting core enterprise infrastructure services across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role exists to ensure the high availability, security, and performance of the critical systems that power our business and our clients' operations.

In this position, you will partner closely with cross-functional IT and business teams to drive infrastructure projects such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, and network redesigns. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues, performing root-cause analysis, and collaborating with external vendors to deliver effective solutions. You will be a key player in maintaining accurate documentation and implementing security controls that comply with enterprise standards and regulations.
