About the Role
As a Staff Flight Avionics Specialist, you will play a critical role, actively contributing hands-on to complex flight test operations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of avionics and Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) projects, from planning and resource management to expert technical execution, advanced troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality and safety in a dynamic, fast-paced developmental flight test environment.

Hidden Creek Country Club is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Associate's Degree in Avionics, Aviation Maintenance Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field; Minimum of 10 years of progressive hands-on experience as an Avionics or Flight Test Instrumentation Technician in aerospace flight test environment; Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance; Proficiency in electrical harness fabrication, soldering to IPC standards, crimping, lacing, and continuity and bond checks; Experience with software loads, configurations, and regressions in a development environment for aircraft and ground segments; and Expertise in reading complex engineering blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical orders.
