About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic and rapidly growing finance team. This role is designed for a positive, proactive, and innovative individual with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a complex environment. You will serve as a key partner in ensuring reliable, timely, and accurate financial data compilation. Your work will directly influence company performance by reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling accounts, while executing efficient month-end closes.

In this position, you will go beyond standard reporting to recommend and implement more efficient processes. You will help establish and maintain cost accounting policies and controls, preparing financial reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for leadership to drive operational improvements. Your efforts will identify areas of opportunity, support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting, and ensure the integrity of all financial statements and supporting schedules.

The Work Environment

This role offers a high degree of independence and initiative. You will work under minimal supervision, acting as a facilitator or team leader on new assignments. The position requires consistently tackling complex and sometimes unique challenges, analyzing technical or non-technical problems, and proposing new procedures to resolve issues. You will collaborate with various leaders to communicate risks and opportunities, proposing solutions to costing or production challenges while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
