Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare and analyze monthly financial reports with budget vs. forecast variance analysis
- check_circlePerform detailed general ledger, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- check_circlePartner with operations to investigate expense variances and provide actionable financial insights
- check_circleAssist with budgeting, forecasting, SOX control testing, and ad-hoc reporting
- check_circleSupport month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting required
- verified2–4 years of accounting or finance experience preferred
- verifiedStrong income statement analysis skills
- verifiedExperience with a large ERP system (SAP preferred)
