The Amazon Devices Customer Insights & UX design team is a global organization dedicated to defining how customers discover, learn about, purchase, and derive maximum value from Amazon Devices. We support the sale and engagement of a diverse portfolio including Amazon Echo & Alexa products, Kindle E-readers, Fire TV, Fire Tablets, and Smart Home solutions. Our mission is to build the platforms and programs that drive next-generation shopping experiences, executing ideas from start to end in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
We are a collaborative group spanning market research, UX research, and UX design. We lead the strategic direction and innovation for the Devices shopping experience on Amazon.com, as well as the automation and scaling tools that support it. We strongly believe in a culture that encourages cross-team partnership and bonding to drive innovation while maintaining a safe and inclusive community.
