About the Role

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will lead complex tax strategy while mentoring teams to ensure accuracy and deadline adherence. This role is designed for professionals who want to balance high-level technical leadership with a sustainable work-life rhythm. Unlike traditional firms with overwhelming peak seasons, we offer reduced schedules outside of busy periods and below-average busy-season hours, allowing you to enjoy a more balanced professional life.

In this position, you will manage tax planning, preparation, and review for individuals, entities, and trusts. You will handle complex federal and state compliance and filings, review tax-basis financial statements, and oversee tax provisions. Beyond technical execution, you will advise clients with practical, value-driven tax and business insights, serving as a key mentor to guide staff development.
