Radar Systems Engineering within RMS seeks to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. About the Role
The Radar Systems Engineer will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying advanced technologies and scientific principles to develop revolutionary radar solutions. This role involves translating customer requirements into system software specifications through functional analysis, design trade studies, and interface definition. You will develop models and detailed simulations to assess system performance and conduct system verification to support certification activities.
Beyond technical execution, you will represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, government lab partners, program leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters. The role also includes providing direction on Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating repeatable tasks through scripting, and mentoring early career engineers in systems engineering activities.
