Radar Systems Engineering within Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. The successful candidate will have strong analytic and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
In this role, you will apply advanced technologies and scientific principles to develop revolutionary radar solutions. You will translate customer requirements into system software specifications through functional analysis, design trade studies, and interface definition. Your work will involve developing models and detailed simulations to assess system performance, as well as conducting system verification and supporting certification activities. You will also represent the organization on contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, government lab partners, and senior leadership on significant technical matters. Additionally, you will provide direction on CI/CD pipelines, automate repeatable tasks through scripting, and mentor early career engineers in systems engineering activities.
