About the Role
Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying advanced technologies and scientific principles to develop revolutionary radar solutions. This role involves translating customer requirements into system software specifications, developing models for performance assessment, and conducting system verification. You will represent the organization on contracts, interface with government lab partners and senior leadership, and assist in CI/CD pipeline development and automation. Additionally, you will mentor early career engineers in the systems engineering activities required to deliver products to stakeholders and customers alike.
