Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. The successful candidate will apply advanced technologies and scientific principles to develop revolutionary radar solutions. This role involves performing functional analysis, design trade studies, and requirements allocation to translate customer needs into system software specifications.
You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, developing models and detailed simulations to assess system performance. The role requires conducting system verification, supporting certification activities, and representing the organization on contracts. You will interface with internal and external customers, government lab partners, program leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters. Additionally, you will provide CI/CD pipeline assistance, automate repeatable tasks through scripting, and mentor early-career engineers in systems engineering activities.
