About the Role
Radar Systems Engineering within Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying advanced technologies and scientific principles to develop revolutionary radar solutions. This role involves translating customer requirements into system software specifications, developing models and detailed simulations to assess performance, and conducting system verification and certification activities. You will represent the organization on contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, government lab partners, and senior leadership on significant technical matters. Additionally, the role includes providing CI/CD pipeline assistance, automating repeatable tasks through scripting, and mentoring early career engineers in systems engineering activities.
