The Radar Systems Engineering team within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to translate customer requirements into robust radar system software specifications and develop revolutionary solutions using advanced technologies and scientific principles.
You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying your analytic and communication skills to conduct system verification, support certification activities, and represent the organization on significant technical matters. The position involves interfacing with internal and external customers, government lab partners, program leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Additionally, you will provide direction on CI/CD pipelines, automate repeatable tasks through scripting, and mentor early career engineers in systems engineering activities.
