About the Role
Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to translate customer requirements into radar system software specifications and develop revolutionary solutions using advanced technologies and scientific principles. You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying your analytic and communication skills to assess system performance through detailed models and simulations. The position involves conducting system verification, supporting certification activities, and representing the organization on significant technical matters with internal and external customers, government lab partners, and senior leadership. Additionally, you will provide direction on CI/CD pipelines, automate repeatable tasks, and mentor early career engineers in systems engineering activities.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree
- verifiedMinimum 5 years' related experience
- verifiedHigh proficiency in C++ or equivalent object-oriented language, Matlab, and scripting languages
- verifiedExperience in two or more areas: systems engineering, software and system analysis, requirements development, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test
- verifiedAbility to obtain and maintain U.S. DoD security clearance at SECRET level
- verifiedU.S. Citizenship required
