About the Role
Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to translate customer requirements into radar system software specifications and develop revolutionary solutions using advanced technologies and scientific principles. You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying your passion for purposeful innovation to keep people safe and solve the world's most complex challenges.
In this position, you will represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, government lab partners, program leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters. You will also mentor early career engineers in the systems engineering activities required to deliver products to stakeholders and customers alike.
