About the Role
Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to bring together people who use their passion for purposeful innovation to develop revolutionary radar solutions. You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying advanced technologies and scientific principles to translate customer requirements into system specifications. The day-to-day involves developing models and detailed simulations to assess performance, conducting system verification, and representing the organization on significant technical matters with internal and external customers, government lab partners, and senior leadership. Additionally, you will provide direction on CI/CD pipelines, automate repeatable tasks through scripting, and mentor early career engineers.

Requirements
