Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to translate customer requirements into robust radar system software specifications and develop revolutionary solutions using advanced technologies and scientific principles.
You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying your strong analytic and communication skills to develop models, conduct simulations, and assess system performance. The position involves representing the organization on contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, government lab partners, and senior leadership on significant technical matters. Additionally, you will provide direction on CI/CD pipelines, automate repeatable tasks through scripting, and mentor early career engineers in systems engineering activities.
