The Senior System Administrator serves as a cornerstone of our IT operations, responsible for safeguarding our expansive infrastructure while mentoring the next generation of IT professionals. This role goes beyond routine maintenance; it involves orchestrating the performance of physical and virtual servers, cloud environments, and storage systems to ensure optimal availability and security.
In this position, you will act as a key educator and mentor, guiding junior team members through complex network technologies and best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of knowledge exchange, ensuring that the entire department remains agile and well-equipped to handle evolving technological challenges. Your day-to-day work will blend deep technical execution with strategic oversight, from managing Azure resources and Active Directory services to developing disaster recovery strategies that protect our critical data assets.
