About the Role

In this position, you will serve as a self-sufficient RF Hardware Design Engineer, leading teams and independently developing approaches to complex solutions. You will contribute to the entire program lifecycle, from technical planning and system architecture to requirements allocation, verification, and validation. Your work will involve leading the development and maturation of RF designs, performing cascade analysis, modeling, simulation, and troubleshooting of RF subsystems, circuits, and components.

You will interface with subject matter experts and providers of various subsystem products, providing RF manufacturing support including assembly and test. This role requires collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, cross-Business Areas, and customers to communicate status and results, while also managing RF systems engineering program plans for cost and schedule.
