About the Role

In this position, you will serve as a self-sufficient RF Hardware Design Engineer, leading teams and independently developing approaches to complex solutions. You will contribute to the entire program lifecycle, from technical planning and system architecture to requirements decomposition, verification, and validation. Your work will involve leading the development and maturation of RF designs, performing cascade analysis, modeling, simulation, and troubleshooting of RF subsystems, circuits, and components.

You will interface with subject matter experts and providers of various subsystem technologies, providing RF manufacturing support including assembly and test. This role requires collaborating through effective communication with interdisciplinary teams, cross-Business Areas, and customers to appropriately communicate status and results. You will also develop work instruction planning and design with manufacturability in mind, ensuring cost and schedule efficiency.
