The Bloomberg System Configuration & Trade Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting trading activities within an introducing broker-dealer environment. This position ensures accurate trade capture, data integrity, and alignment between front-office execution, clearing firms, and internal systems. The role is essential for supporting regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and accurate client reporting.
You will serve as the bridge between trading operations and technology, managing the configuration and maintenance of Bloomberg platforms (EMSX, TOMS, PORT, AIM, and related modules). Your day-to-day involves monitoring trade flows from execution through allocation and settlement, investigating trade breaks, and performing daily reconciliations across Bloomberg, internal systems, and clearing firms. You will also coordinate system enhancements and user acceptance testing while collaborating with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams to support process improvement initiatives.
