At NetApp, your ideas power innovation. We lead in intelligent data infrastructure, delivering unified storage, integrated data services, and solutions that help organizations unlock the full potential of their data, from AI to multicloud. As the only enterprise-grade storage service natively embedded in Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, we empower customers to run everything from traditional workloads to enterprise AI with unmatched performance, resilience, and security.
We are uniquely positioned in the industry, partnering with major hyper-scalers to drive innovation in the space of Cloud Fundamentals. Our Cloud Storage team is embarking on a new charter to address the challenges of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) for cloud-native applications. Our mission is to simplify customer operations and serve as a key differentiator by building best-in-class SaaS applications woven with architecture and design deployed across multiple hyper-scalers.
This role is an opportunity to challenge yourself with cutting-edge technologies and thrive in a new frontier. You will own and drive the architecture and technical direction for complex cloud-native services while remaining hands-on through meaningful code contributions. Your work will ensure solutions meet performance, scale, reliability, and enterprise-readiness requirements.
You will ideate and solve complex customer problems, contributing to intellectual property while coaching and mentoring engineers across the team. By providing design guidance, code reviews, and pairing, you will raise the bar on engineering excellence and execution. Success in this role requires working closely with team members and leadership as "ONE team" to ensure overall objectives are met and customer deliverables are successful.
At NetApp, we celebrate mold breakers, bold thinkers, and problem solvers. We reward initiative, impact, and ownership. Our culture is built on the belief that differences drive everything we do. We provide flexibility so you can balance professional ambition with your personal life, ensuring you don't just wait for the perfect moment—you make it.
We embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees. Most roles will have some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations, which will be shared during the recruitment process.
