About the Role
Our Security Operations Center (SOC) is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join our 2nd shift (3pm-11pm CST) team. This role is designed for someone who excels in hands-on analysis and is passionate about improving how a SOC operates day-to-day. You will play a key role in proactive cyber defense by collaborating across InfoSec teams, enhancing monitoring platforms, tuning controls, and conducting targeted threat hunts.
Beyond standard alert triage, this position focuses on eliminating inefficiencies, expanding detection coverage, and strengthening our detection, response, and threat-informed defense capabilities. You will drive operational excellence by identifying workflow bottlenecks, refining detection logic to reduce false positives, and translating observed gaps into measurable improvements. Success in this role means enabling the SOC to execute with greater speed, consistency, and confidence while reducing risk and elevating our overall security posture.
