About the Role
The Security Operations Center (SOC) is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join our 2nd shift (3pm-11pm CST) and drive operational excellence. This role is designed for someone who excels in hands-on analysis and is passionate about improving how a SOC operates day-to-day. You will play a key role in proactive cyber defense by collaborating across InfoSec teams, enhancing monitoring platforms, tuning controls, and conducting targeted threat hunts.
This position goes well beyond standard alert triage. You will be expected to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies, expand detection gap coverage through new use cases and refined logic, and reduce false positives to increase detection fidelity. Your work will directly strengthen our detection, response, and threat-informed defense capabilities, enabling the SOC to execute with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.
