About the Role

Bank of America's Transformative Healthcare segment is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City. The Transformative Healthcare Group is a specialized team within the Global Commercial Bank that focuses on the middle market healthcare industry, serving public and private healthcare companies with annual revenues between $50 million and $2 billion.

This group maintains a leadership position in the industry, managing numerous syndicated and capital markets-agented transactions while maintaining a close working relationship with Global Investment Banking. The team brings deep industry specialization and solutions to support the financial needs of healthcare services, life sciences, and medical technology companies.

As a Sr. Relationship Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. You will be responsible for acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships while collaborating with teammates to facilitate client connections with Product Specialists. Your role involves identifying relationship deepening opportunities and increasing overall client satisfaction by leveraging the bank's comprehensive products and services.
