Our Radar Systems Engineering team brings together engineers and Sensor Architects from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We work collectively to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of the brightest minds in the world to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. This role exists to drive radar capability implementation across subsystems by defining radar behavior and developing associated requirements.
You will thrive in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment where the hard work is the fun part. Your day will involve conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, developing detailed design documentation, and collaborating with subsystem teams to define clear, executable approaches for meeting mission success criteria. You will also represent the organization on contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and senior leadership on significant technical matters.
