Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products and customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and foreign partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
The Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a Sensor Systems Architect to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.
In this role, you will drive radar capability implementation across subsystems by performing concept of operations design and radar behavior definition. You will collaborate with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria, while conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts. As a key technical representative, you will develop detailed design documentation and interface with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
