Markon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers at a major campus. This role serves as the day-to-day owner representative, bridging the gap between the government Project Management Office (PMO), construction contractors, and other government contracts (OGCs).
You will be the central point of coordination for the facilities enterprise, ensuring seamless integration of complex construction efforts. Your day-to-day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders, from architects and engineers to field personnel, to drive projects from conception through to property turnover. Success in this position requires a deep proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications, alongside a strong command of standard construction industry practices. You will be responsible for translating high-level project goals into actionable plans, ensuring that scope, budget, and timeline standards are met while maintaining rigorous conformance with design specifications and building codes.
This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph. Candidates must be prepared to undergo the necessary security vetting processes as a prerequisite for employment.
