About the Role
The Senior Project Manager at Braidwood Nuclear Power Station in Braceville, IL, serves as a critical leader for complex initiatives requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. This role manages projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, schedule, and objectives. You will provide leadership for project team members and the Project Management process, directing resources and ensuring stakeholder buy-in for all deliverables.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between the project team and Constellation Nuclear and site management, providing clear communication on assigned and proposed projects. The role involves overseeing contract administration, ensuring proper project close-outs, and leading post-project critiques to capture lessons learned. As part of the team, you will also be prepared to fulfill emergency response duties as required by company policy.
