About the Role
The Senior Project Manager at the Braidwood Nuclear Power Station in Braceville, IL, serves as a critical leader for complex initiatives requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. This role is designed for professionals who can manage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, schedule, and objectives.
In this position, you will provide leadership for project team members and the overall Project Management process. You will be responsible for directing resources, managing detailed scope and performance, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in for deliverables. The role involves significant communication with Constellation Nuclear and site management, as well as ensuring proper contract administration and post-project lessons learned. As a key member of the team, you will also be prepared to fulfill emergency response duties as required by company policy.
