Looking ahead, Constellation is planning multi-billion-dollar investments between 2025 and 2030 focused on the continued operation, licensing, and performance of the Illinois nuclear fleet. These investments are distinct from major growth projects and are centered on sustaining the existing fleet at world-class standards. These efforts support high-skilled jobs, local tax bases, grid reliability, and long-term affordability while avoiding the cost overruns and risks often borne by ratepayers under monopoly utility buildouts.
This position serves as a critical leader in managing projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, schedule, and objectives. The role provides leadership for project team members and the Project Management process, specifically for projects requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations.
You will be responsible for the development, evaluation, and recommendation of contracted services and materials. The role demands managing the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget of assigned projects in accordance with Constellation Management Model procedures. You will direct the project team, integrate all resources, and ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final deliverables. Additionally, you will provide communication to Constellation Nuclear and site management, ensure proper contract administration, and facilitate post-project critiques and lessons learned.

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
Skills: PMP Certification, Contract Management, Asset Suite 9.
Education: Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of experience; Associate's degree with 7 years of experience (alternative); High school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience (alternative); Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science preferred.
