Strategic Context
Over the past ten years, Constellation has invested more than $7.1 billion in capital across its nuclear fleet to support continued safe, reliable operations and long-term license extensions. Approximately $3.3 billion of that total has been invested in Illinois facilities. Looking ahead, Constellation is planning multi-billion-dollar investments between 2025 and 2030 focused on the continued operation, licensing, and performance of the Illinois nuclear fleet. These investments are distinct from major growth projects and are centered on sustaining the existing fleet at world-class standards.
These strategic investments support high-skilled jobs, local tax bases, grid reliability, and long-term affordability while avoiding the cost overruns and risks often borne by ratepayers under monopoly utility buildouts.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables
- check_circleManage project scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget in accordance with company procedures
- check_circleOversee contract administration and ensure proper project close-out and lessons learned
- check_circleConduct required monthly reporting and maintain proper use of project controls
- check_circleDirect project teams and integrate all necessary resources
- check_circleProvide development, evaluation, and recommendations on contracted services and materials
- check_circleCommunicate project status and proposals to Constellation Nuclear and site management
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree and 5-years of related experience OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
- verifiedExperience managing projects
- verifiedPMP Certification (within 18 months of starting position)
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
