About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect/Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia, Chicago, Illinois, or Atlanta, GA. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering impeccable quality. You will be responsible for developing design concepts from initial presentation documents through to construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and local regulations.

Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers, reviewing contractor requests, and conducting field visits to monitor construction progress. Approximately 25% of your time will be spent traveling onsite for client meetings and site inspections. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on multi-story building designs and facilities for federal clients, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills.
