MGA Entertainment is on a mission to inspire imagination and creativity through innovative toys, entertainment, and experiences that transform play into limitless possibilities. As the largest privately held toy and entertainment company in the U.S., MGA is a global leader in designing and delivering world-class consumer products that spark wonder and drive play forward. Headquartered in Los Angeles with offices worldwide, MGA's portfolio spans a dynamic range of original and licensed brands, including fan-favorites like L.O.L. Surprise!, Little Tikes, Rainbow High, and Bratz.
MGA Living is the newest division of MGA Entertainment, expanding our 40+ year legacy of innovation into the baby, home, and outdoor living categories. Building on MGA's strengths in product development, brand-building, and retail partnerships, MGA Living will deliver thoughtfully designed, high-quality lifestyle products for modern families. We are building a world-class, entrepreneurial team to launch and scale this business globally.
The Senior Product Designer will lead the translation of strategic product vision into innovative, manufacturable, market-ready products. This role partners closely with the VP, Brand & Product Development to bring new brands and product lines to life—from concept ideation through CAD development, factory collaboration, prototyping, testing, and production execution.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role requiring strong design instincts, deep product development knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail. You will join a dynamic environment where you can balance aesthetic excellence with manufacturability and margin requirements while staying current on trends in the baby, home, and lifestyle categories.
This is a full-time role with remote or hybrid flexibility. While an LA-based location is preferred, it is not required. The role may involve occasional domestic and international travel to support factory collaborations and project milestones.
To be considered for this position, please submit your resume along with an online portfolio showcasing your relevant work. We look forward to seeing how your design vision aligns with our mission to transform play.
