Sr. Oncology Clinical Research Associate

Prep-Ipo Biotech is a well-funded company focused on the Oncology space. We are currently expanding our team and looking for 1-2 Senior Clinical Research Associates to join us.

About the Role

This opportunity offers a unique chance to wear different hats in a small, dynamic company with significant room for growth. You will be part of a strong pipeline and work with a flexible schedule. The role requires domestic travel approximately 30-40% of the time.

In this position, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites throughout all phases of the trial. Your day-to-day will involve conducting site visits—including pre-study, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits—to ensure compliance with protocols, Sponsor SOPs, ICH/GCP, and all applicable regulations. You will perform remote and on-site monitoring to ensure data is complete, accurate, and unbiased while protecting subjects' rights, safety, and well-being.

You will also manage regulatory documentation for study start-up, maintenance, and close-out, collaborating with in-house Clinical Trial Assistants. Additionally, you will identify and resolve site performance or compliance issues, escalating them as necessary, and maintain information within the Clinical Trial Management System and electronic Trial Master File.
