Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company dedicated to developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. Our R&D pipeline features a unique portfolio of RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. We are seeking an experienced drug developer and effective leader to serve as Executive Director of Early Clinical Development. In this critical role, you will support our clinical-stage and pre-clinical molecules by developing strategic plans and ensuring the efficient operational execution of clinical development programs. From early-stage studies to regulatory submissions and potential commercialization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our pipeline and driving the development of transformative therapies for patients.

Experience in ongoing enhancements/development of core and sub-team processes, structures, systems, tools and other resources in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Experience creating clinical development strategy(ies) that led to label-enabling outcomes and commercialization. Experience submitting an NDA/BLA/MAA to global health authorities. Experience leading regulatory and internal partners/stakeholders in the completion and submission of regulatory documentation. Experience leading or overseeing data generation to address unmet medical needs and identify new or extended Clinical Development studies. Direct experience with Phase IV drug development. Ability to present a compelling business case and facilitate effective decision-making. Ability to serve as a company spokesperson both internally and externally. Demonstrated collaborative behaviors on enterprise-level strategic initiatives with a variety of internal and external partners and stakeholders. Demonstrated courage and conviction in past positions and responsibilities. Skilled in conflict resolution.
