As our Senior Manager of Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we recognize, reward, and invest in our people. This individual contributor position focuses on company-wide partnership, leading the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide compensation programs. You will ensure our base salary structures, short and long-term incentives, and equity plans are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives and culture.
You will partner with the Director of HR Operations and executive leadership to prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Your day will involve driving our pay transparency strategy, conducting annual pay equity analyses, and designing performance-based compensation programs using advanced financial modeling. You will also lead the annual merit review process and develop communication strategies to educate employees on compensation policies and career growth opportunities.
This role is based at our headquarters near Madison, WI. We value face-to-face interactions, so you will work in the office Monday through Thursday. Fridays are flexible, with the option to work from home if you prefer. Relocation assistance is available for candidates located outside of commuting distance to the headquarters office.
