At Eisai, our human health care (hhc) mission is to satisfy unmet medical needs and increase the benefits healthcare provides to patients, their families, and caregivers. We are a growing pharmaceutical company breaking through in neurology and oncology, with a strong emphasis on research and development. Our history includes the development of many innovative medicines, notably the discovery of the world's most widely-used treatment for Alzheimer's disease. As we continue to expand, we are seeking highly-motivated individuals who want to work in a fast-paced environment and make a difference.
The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) serves as the functional lead for access and reimbursement activities across HCP offices, alternate sites of infusion care, State Societies, and Health Systems. Reporting to the Associate Director of Access and Reimbursement, this field-based individual contributor supports the Neurology business unit, specifically providing compliant education for an Eisai Alzheimer's product. This necessitates a deep understanding of buy-and-bill processes, miscellaneous J Code billing, and specialty distribution procurement.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned customers facing patient access and reimbursement challenges. You will quickly identify and triage issues, managing communication with internal and external partners until resolution. Your day-to-day involves educating healthcare professionals and stakeholders on payer policies, tracking payer trends to maintain treatment access, and developing strategies to address access needs across your region. You will also create and deliver high-level training programs to the sales force regarding patient access issues and Eisai's patient support programs.
As a condition of employment for this field-based position, applicants must be able to engage in person with healthcare professionals and third parties at their offices and institutions. Selected candidates may be required to complete third-party credentialing and entry requirements, which often include proof of vaccination. If you are unable to meet certain requirements for qualifying medical or religious reasons, please contact the Human Resources Department to request a reasonable accommodation.

We prohibit discrimination against persons because of disability, including disabled veterans, and consider the need for reasonable accommodations.
