This role is a pivotal part of the Crane Nuclear business unit, headquartered in Twinsburg, Ohio. The unit offers an industry-leading product portfolio that supports nuclear plant operations and homeland security. As the Sr. FP&A Manager, you will manage full-cycle finance functions, serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team. You will interact routinely with the President, CFO, and multiple functional areas to drive financial strategy, operational efficiency, and profitable growth. This position is essential in aligning financial insights with business objectives, particularly as we integrate new capabilities from the upcoming PSI acquisition.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and strategic alignment with the Crane Business System.
