About the Role
This role is designed for a designer who thrives in enterprise environments, focusing on complex workflows and multi-user journeys. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams throughout the discovery, design, and delivery phases to ensure consistency and scalability. Your work will involve creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma (or equivalent tools), while contributing to and maintaining robust design systems. The ideal candidate will help define UX standards and patterns for a new product organization, ensuring reusable, component-based experiences that scale effectively.
